If you are looking for a console quality hack-n-slash game, Knightmare Tower would be a not bad choice. As a port of the well-acclaimed flash game of the same name, the new iOS version also brings you to break through ceilings, rescue princesses and escape boiling lava as you slash your way to the top of the Knightmare Tower!
Collect powerful potions to become temporarily strong and go for thrilling rocket rides that can boost you for a fair amount of distance. Alas, when there are too many monsters gathering around you, remember to use the giant bombs to blow them all up in the air.
You can dive in either campaign or survival mode. In Campaign, you have 10 princesses to rescue, 70 quests to complete and over 50 monsters to pulverize. However in Survival mode, you simply smash as many as enemies and stand as long as you can.
Features
- Two Game Modes: Campaign and Survival
- 10 princesses to rescue
- 70 quests to complete
- Over 50 types of monsters to slash
- 3 legendary monsters that can be summoned with special horns
- Exciting upgrades including visually changing armors, swords and boots

Knightmare Tower is a blast to play and anybody is going to be hooked at least until they defeat the final boss. Upgrading your gear, slicing monsters in twain, and unleashing cool power-ups is just a lot of fun and it all feels great. Through and through, this is a game that's perfectly suited for mobile gaming. You can play in bite-sized game sessions if you need to, but there's enough to keep you attached to your screen for two or three hours if you've got the time. The controls and UI are both mobile-friendly, with all the information you could possibly want displayed on the screen's edges with smart iconography that doesn't obscure the gameplay. An endless Survival mode is unlocked after you clear the story. While I think most players will get the majority of their enjoyment from the story mode, I'm sure the Game Center leaderboard for Survival Mode will be home to some fierce competition.
