Believe me, to pop out from the vast ocean of matching games is not an easy task. Newly released Jelly Splash in a sense is an exception. It had managed to rank in the top charts of free games in App Store just one week after its release. Does Candy Crush Saga feel the pressure now? Maybe given some time and added with some more depth, Jelly Splash can break the record Candy Crush has racked up, who knows?

Junk Jack X
Junk Jack X is the sequel to 2D sandbox exploration, mining and crafting game Junk Jack. Inspired by Minecraft and Terraria and created by indie coding duo, Pixbits, the game is far better than just a copy of the former two hits. The game was released almost at the same time as Terraria on August 29. Though facing tough challenges, Junk Jack X somehow managed to grab a position in the tops charts of App Store, fully demonstrating the potential of the game. If you are a sandbox geek, you’d better take both games in case you miss something Epic.

It’s a common practice to endow a game with a particular theme. Gameloft’s new installment Total Conquest is a Roman-themed MMO strategy game. Aside from that, it’s nothing more than another clone of Clash of Clan, but with a twist on graphics. Anyway, the theme of Roman brings a welcome dose of ancient wars, which will definitely suck fans in its unique demonstration of history and cold weapon wars.
