You start off as a young doctor in a small clinic that is facing imminent challenge. An evil tycoon is threatening to buy the land your clinic is built on. If the clinic cannot grow into an excellent hospital in near future, it will be taken by the grubby tycoon. So the clinic’s future is in your hands.

At the first of the day, the diseases you are able to treat is limited to 2 or 3. So patients coming to you are always with the same symptoms and you can treat them with the same methods. It won’t take long before you memorize all the correct treatments.

Correct diagnose and medication will reward you money and fame. With money, you can buy more medicine to put in your stock. And as your fame accumulates, you will be able to attract VIP patients who boost your earnings. Besides, successful treatments in a row will earn you huge combo bonuses.

As you level up and unlock more diagnosis rooms, your little clinic will gradually grow into a large hospital and you will get access to more patients with more varied diseases. That’s when the game becomes challenging and interesting. Your work time is limited for one day, so you’ve got to be responsive and efficient to treat as many as patients.

The diseases in the game are all true to life. The treatments might be simplified as opposing to real-life treatments, yet at least they give us a clue on what medicine is used to treat what type of diseases. So the deeper you dive into the game, the more profession specific knowledge you will learn from it.

The game charges you $2.99, which is acceptable considering it contains absolutely no IAP or adds. At the end of the day, it is a decent hospital simulation title with possibilities of becoming a hit. And there is no wonder that, even if you are new to this genre, it will fascinate you and keep you glued to the screen for a couple of hours.
