Let’s come straight to the point; SEGA’s upcoming Super Monkey Ball Bounce is a sheer copy of King’s Papa Pear Saga or Popcap’s Peggle. These games allow players to fire shots into an array of barrels and earn points to complete different levels. Players are required to use their skills to hit as many as objects as they get their way through the increasingly challenging levels and unique puzzles.

Unlike previous Super Monkey Ball entries, Super Monkey Ball Bounce is extremely similar to Papa Pear Saga in terms of gameplay. Players don’t directly control monkeys trapped inside plastic spheres. Instead, they should aim a cannon at the top of the screen, firing balls to let them bounce.

The game features hundreds of levels across different locations and diverse worlds, as well as interesting boss puzzles. You will join AiAi on his epic adventure, rescuing playable monkey friends as you bounce, slide and rebound your way through jungles, volcanoes and glaciers.

Super Monkey Ball Bounce supports Facebook connect, allowing you to play with your Facebook friends for the leaderboards.

The game currently soft-launches in the Canadian App Store and will soon go worldwide for iOS and Android.
